Remanufacturing is recycling used products that have been collected. First, Canon disassembles the collected products to the level of parts, and then removes the parts that have degraded or worn out. The parts are cleaned until they meet Canon's standards. Then the parts that can be used are completely reused, down to the very last screw. After that, Canon checks the reliability and quality of these products at the same level as products made with only new parts and delivers them as a Refreshed series.
