Grand Prize selection open committee meeting, artists’ talk and special events; to be held during the exhibition

The 2020 New Cosmos of Photography Tokyo Exhibition will present Excellence Award-winning works by seven artists and Honorable Mention works by 14 artists, who were selected among 2,002 entrants of the 2020, 43rd competition. The exhibition will be held alongside “Ants,” an exhibition of new work by the Grand Prize winner of the New Cosmos of Photography 2019, Tomomichi Nakamura.

On Thursday, October 22, the artists’ talk by exhibitioner will be held. On Friday, October 30, the Grand Prize selection committee will hold a public meeting to select the Grand Prize winner among the seven Excellence Award winners. On October 31, a photo lecture by Hiroshi Nakamura and Yuki Onodera, who are members of the Grand Prize Selection Committee.
