The E250 was developed as the successor to the E60 series, retaining the basic features including easy operation, stable shooting, and high-quality image. It incorporated a 12x zoom lens replacing the 10x zoom lens of the E65 / E100. It features stereo sound and a high-speed 1/10000-second electronic shutter to make it possible to enjoy high-quality video with realistic sound along with vivid images.
