The Canon FV400 is an introductory-model digital video camcorder that incorporates a powerful 18x optical-zoom lens in a stylish compact design.
Though an introductory model, the FV400 offers several of the advanced features of the FV50, including a high-definition 1/6-inch 680,000-pixel interlaced CCD, a DIGIC DV image processor, and an Image Stabilizer to realize outstanding imaging performance. This unit also optimizes functionality through its intuitive operating control layout and a fully automatic shooting mode, offering outstanding ease of use.
