The new Canon PowerShot SX150 IS features a 28 mm* 12x optical zoom lens covering a wide zoom range, from wide angle to telephoto. Newly incorporating Intelligent IS, the camera automatically applies optimal image stabilization settings based on shooting conditions.
The SX150 IS comes equipped with a variety of imaging modes that cater to a user’s experience level, including Easy Mode, which makes taking beautiful pictures a snap for even first-time users. Additionally, Discrete Mode, which disables the flash and all camera sounds, allows shooting without unnecessary noise or distraction. The Smart Auto function, combined with Intelligent IS, automatically detects and applies the optimal camera settings based on up to 78 different shooting scenes.
