The LA 10 was directed mainly at Central and South America and Australia. It was a low-cost camera with a 35mm f/4.5 lens, fixed focus, and a mechanical shutter with a single speed of 1/125 sec.
The EE feature was also simple. The CdS cell set the aperture to f/8 for ambient light at ISO 100/200, f/16 at ISO 400, and f/4.5 with the built-in flash. Film loading, advance, and rewind were all manual.
