While featuring a long telephoto focal length range, the RF-S55-210mm F5-7.1 IS STM lens realizes a compact and lightweight body that measures just approximately 92.9 mm in length and weighs approximately 270 g, all while delivering high image quality. What’s more, optical image stabilization inside the lens provides 4.5 stops1 of IS, which, when used in conjunction with the EOS R50’s in-body IS, delivers 7.0 stops2 of IS. In addition, the lens features a maximum magnification of 0.28x3, a lead-screw type stepping motor (STM), which enables natural and smooth video autofocusing, thereby making the lens ideal for shooting in a wide variety of scenarios.
