Specifies the color space to be used for correction. The color space for JPEG images for cameras and the workspace to be used for DPP should basically match up. Editing is possible across a wider color spectrum using Adobe RGB than sRGB. |

The above color management screen is only required for Picture Style Editor preferences setting. Even advanced users who are particular about minute differences in color tones can get pleasing results after ensuring the correct settings. The working color space can be selected from two types, namely sRGB or Adobe RGB, but unless sRGB is specifically required because of the final output circumstances, Adobe RGB is recommended since it offers a broader spectrum. Please note that if sRGB only is available as the color reproduction range on the monitor, even through Adobe RGB is selected as the work color space, the range of colors to be displayed will be restricted to that of sRGB. |

This color space is used for processing RAW images and editing JPEG images. Basically, the color space specified in Work color space under the Picture Style Editor preferences settings must be the same. |

Select "Monitor profile" if the monitor is already calibrated in the same way as Picture Style Editor when setting the color space to be displayed. If not yet calibrated, "sRGB" can also be specified if such mode is available for the monitor. In that case, note that the accuracy of colors displayed will be degraded in the same way as Picture Style Editor. |
