The outbreak of the Ebola virus in West Africa has claimed many lives in the region and Canon extends its heartfelt condolences to all who have suffered from this disease and hopes for the earliest possible resolution to this crisis.
The Canon Group is aiding the relief efforts for victims of this outbreak with a donation of 5 million yen (approximately US$42,000) to Medecins Sans Frontieres Japan and the Japan Association for the United Nations World Food Programme.
