TOKYO, July 15, 2020—Canon Inc. today announced the filing of an infringement report with Amazon.ca seeking the removal of an Amazon.ca listing for certain toner cartridges sold by florences.
Canon's infringement report alleged that certain model CF210A, CF211A, CF212A and CF213A toner cartridges sold by florences via Amazon.ca infringed Canon's Canadian Patent no. 2,635,791. Canon requested the removal of the corresponding listings for these products, having Amazon Standard Identification Numbers B0824FXDSL, B0823PKQ74, B0823PBWXH, B0824CZY93, B0823NYCWM, B0824DVNCB, B0824CWTDY, B0823P92T4, B0824F839G, B0823QK4ZH, B0824DVKCV, B0823NSTGJ, B0824FF9BK, B0824F5GKJ, B0824DG7SK, B0823NVG6Z, B0823NSPTW, B0823NX7YK, B0824F66YZ, B0824DQR3P, B0823NWNL3, B0824DF1L7, B0823P37YK, B0823P4B61, B0824G639B, B0823PB16N, B0824FBMF4, B0823P1CCS and B0823NVKF1.
