TOKYO, September 23, 2020—Canon Inc. today announced the filing of an infringement report with Amazon.ca seeking the removal of an Amazon.ca listings for certain toner cartridges sold by Building GYF.
Canon's infringement report alleged that certain model CE320A, CE321A, CE322A, CE323A, CF210A, CF211A, CF212A and CF213A toner cartridges sold by Building GYF via Amazon.ca infringed Canon's Canadian Patent no. 2,635,791. Canon requested the removal of the corresponding listings for these products, having Amazon Standard Identification Numbers B0822PKSTR, B081T694YK, B0822PK27W, B0822PFY1Y, B0822NWXDN, B081T2SPLS, B081T1VD4B, B081T59KC8, B081T2CCZB, B0822NZ9MP, B081T65622, B0822Q2SWX, B081T5FJ82, B0822PLJGQ, B081T5R9BF, B0822RBL16, B0822PGX19, B0822PSQ5R, B0822PBLS4, B0822P8TB9, B0822NZWRY, B0822PHZTL, B0822PG7ZN and B0822PMKZG.
