Canon Requests Removal of Toner Cartridge offered by UniVirgin from

TOKYO, December 9, 2019—Canon Inc. today announced the filing of an infringement report with seeking removal of an listing for certain toner cartridges sold by UniVirgin.

Canon's infringement report alleged that certain model CC530A, CC531A, CC532A and CC533A toner cartridges sold by UniVirgin via infringed Canon's Canadian Patent no. 2,635,791. Canon requested the removal of the corresponding listings for these products, having Amazon Standard Identification Numbers B01N74PRRU, B01N52LVJF, B01MXLGPDQ, B01MTNPL7Y, B01N52M0E8, B01N1FI9SO, B01N0E12PZ, B01MYMZ5W6 and B01N2H16GB.
