Canon Contributes to Relief Following Cyclone in Myanmar

We would like to extend our heartfelt condolences to all those affected by the cyclone that struck Myanmar on May 3.

The Canon Group has aided in the relief efforts for the cyclone victims with a total donation of 10 million yen (approximately US$100,000) as follows:

• ・Canon Inc., Canon Marketing Japan, Canon Finetech and Canon Electronics
  A combined donation of 9 million yen (approximately US$90,000) to the Japanese Red Cross Society
• ・The Canon Asia Marketing Group
  A US$10,000 (approximately 1 million yen) donation to the Singapore Red Cross Society

In addition, the Canon Group in Japan collected employee contributions totaling 2,254,337 yen (approximately US$22,540), which was also donated to the Japanese Red Cross Society.
