EF300mm f/2.8L IS II USM

The use of magnesium alloy saves weight and maintains durability and rigidity. Incorporation of dual fluorite lens elements ensures outstanding imaging performance, and SWC suppresses the occurrence of ghosting and flare. This lens features the latest Image Stabilization mechanism that provides an effect equivalent to approximately four steps higher shutter speed* and IS Mode 3. Protective fluorine coating makes it easier to remove dirt from lens surfaces. Thanks to the aforementioned features, this excellent lens outperforms the previous model in every respect.

* According to Canon's measurement standard. Based on a shutter speed of “1/focal length” seconds, said to be the limit for hand-held photography without image stabilization.
